Versatile-spaces Pty Ltd warrants the end user (hereinafter “original purchaser”) of Versatile-spaces Pty Ltd products (hereinafter “the product”) that the product is free from defects due to faulty manufacture or workmanship.
Versatile-spaces Pty Ltd warrants for a period of ten (10) years, the product should not break, fracture, fall apart or fail as a result of normal/safe working procedures and normal/safe conditions.
Subject to the matters referred to below, this Warranty applies from the date of original purchase and is valid to the original purchase only. The benefit of the Warranty cannot be transferred to anyone else and only applies to the original purchase. This Warranty applies only to product that is supplied and installed in accordance with Versatile-spaces Pty Ltd recommendation. This Warranty does not apply to any product which has been damaged whether by accident, mishandling, overloading, transport, vandalism, fire or other like causes. The Warranty does not apply if any product has not been installed in accordance with Versatile-spaces Pty Ltd’s recommendations.
This Warranty does not cover installation or related expense or any other direct or indirect loss(es) which may result from product failure and Versatile-spaces Pty Ltd will not by virtue of this Warranty be liable in contract or in tort for any consequential indirect or special damage or loss of any kind whatever. All claims made under the warranty must be notified to Versatile-spaces Pty Ltd in writing and be accompanied by proof of purchase. Following inspection of failed product by an authorised Versatile-spaces Pty Ltd representative, the failed product should be returned to Versatile-spaces Pty Ltd.
All claims made purchase to this Warranty should be made in writing to Versatile-spaces Pty Ltd and forwarded to Versatile-spaces Pty Ltd, Level 2, Suite 5a, 60-62 McNamara St, ORANGE NSW 2800. Claims must include a copy of the original purchase documentation or reasonable evidence of the original purchase date. Unless and to the extent expressly prohibited by legislation such as the Trade Practices Act 1974 which cannot be excluded or modified, the liability of Versatile-spaces Pty Ltd for a breach of any condition or warranty shall be limited to the replacement of the product or to the supply of an equivalent product, or to the cost of replacing the failed product, or of acquiring an equivalent product.

Versatile Spaces® are backed by a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty, with
selected systems carrying extended (10-Year) warranties depending on
specification. Refer to product documentation or contact our team for confirmation.
What’s covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- Coverage begins on the date of original purchase.
- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
- Products must be installed and used in line with SpaceLogic recommendations.
What’s not covered
- Normal wear and tear.
- Misuse, abuse, accidents, or vandalism.
- Overloading or use outside normal/safe conditions.
- Incorrect installation or use not in line with instructions.
- Water or chemical damage.
- Products altered or repaired without SpaceLogic approval.
- Products not purchased directly from SpaceLogic or an authorised dealer.
How to make a warranty claim
- Complete the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form via our website.
- Provide proof of purchase and details of the issue, including photos where possible.
- Our team will assess and advise next steps.
- Products may be required for inspection.
Return freight is the responsibility of the customer unless determined
otherwise. Non-warranty inspections or services may incur charges.
Your rights under Australian law
Nothing in this warranty overrides your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL):
- You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
- You may be entitled to repair or replacement if goods fail to meet acceptable quality standards.
International customers
Customers outside Australia may also have rights under local consumer protection laws.
